You can download and install Adobe flash player for your Android Phone. Google has decided to do away with Flash support on there phones and even Adobe reciprocated saying that they won't be providing any support to Android phone with version 4.1 and above.

Well, the end result was unhappy customers and consumers. Even though Apple and Google think HTML 5 is the next technology and way to move forward for watching videos online and on websites, they do not realise still today there are millions of sites using Flash as there main technology for providing content.

But we have a work around. So today I will tell you how to install Flash player on your Android phone.

Step by step guide on how to install Flash Player on Your Android Phone

  1. On your Android device, go to Settings>Security and Check/Tick the Unknown Application. This will let you install the APK from places other than Google Play Store.
  2. Go to Download Adobe Flash APK (opens in new window) and download the Apk File (either to your phone directly or on your computer).
  3. If you downloaded the file on your phone directly, it will immediately promt you to install the application. Accept it and Install flash player.
If you downloaded the file on your computer, copy it on your Android phone and use a file manager on your phone to locate and install it.
  4. Chrome does not support flash at all. So go to Google Pay Store and download Flash Supporting browser, like Firefox or Dolphin.
  5. I recommend using Firefox. Once installed, go to Firefox settings > Plugins and check the "enable" option.
  6. You are all set to enjoy flash content on your phone!
